Synchro 2026 Term 4

VicSynchro Training for School Holidays & Term 4 (Term Dates 5-Oct to 13-Dec)

Please check the training dates carefully as there are a number of changes and blockouts.

Competition team training over the school holidays has been included in your competition fees, however school holiday skills classes are not included and should be booked separately.

 T4 Melody / My First Team - (Sun)

• On-ice class Sun 8:30-9:00am

• Sessions run Sun 15-Nov through to 6-Dec

• Note: this class does not need Synchro Freestyle payment if skaters are currently enrolled in Icehouse Skate School program

T4 Basic Adult Synchro - (Wed)

• On-Ice class Wed 8:30-9:30pm

• Optional off-ice class Wed 7:45-8:15pm

• No classes on Wed 14 Oct, 18-Dec or 25-Dec

If term fees are not paid by week 2 of term, skaters may be restricted from joining the class until payment is made (or a payment plan agreed).

Competitive skaters must remain fully up-to-date with all competition fees. If competition fees remain outstanding for more than two weeks, skaters may be restricted from training, competition, or other team activities. If non-payment continues beyond 4 weeks, further action may be taken including referral to debt recovery and notifications to ISV/ISA.

General Notes:

On-ice classes are held during Icehouse Synchro Freestyle sessions: skaters need to pay for entry to these sessions directly to Icehouse. Drop-in cost is $22 per hour ($33 for 1.5 hour sessions); Multi-pass and Gold Freestyle membership options are available to reduce this cost (see the Icehouse website: membership page). 

All skaters must be members of VSIC (VicSynchro) - use VSIC GameDay Registration to join VicSynchro

Skaters should consider personal accident insurance, which is available through ISV (Ice Skating Victoria) or Aussie Skate membership. Use ISV GameDay Registration to join ISV.
