Logistics and Preparation:

  • It is very important to note that the workshop location is remote; participants should be prepared for limited amenities and connectivity.
  • A 4WD vehicle with a minimum of 7” ground clearance and 10+ ply tires is highly recommended due to the challenging road conditions. Supplemental transportation available for a fee, please enquiry.
  • Overnight camping is required due to the remote location. Camping sites are provided at no additional cost.
  • Participants need to bring camping gear, sufficient water (5 gallons/day per person), food, appropriate clothing for sun protection. 
  • Information on sanitation facilities is provided, including the use of a composting toilet and guidelines for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the campsite area.

Weather Policy: The event will proceed as scheduled in the event of light rain. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, the organiser reserves the right to postpone the event. Postponement and Ticket Transfer: In the instance of postponement due to extreme weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. The new date will be communicated to all registered participants and will occur within 12 months of the original event date. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled workshop are encouraged to either: >>Transfer their ticket to another individual or; >>Apply their ticket credit to attend a different eligible future event hosted by the organiser. Note that differences in ticket fees may apply. Refund Policy: Refunds are not available. We encourage participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled workshop to transfer their ticket to someone who can or select another eligible event to attend to.
