Music:

All staff (DJs) are required to work well both individually and as part of team, with a focus is on providing customers with mouth wateringly great service that will have then eager to return in future! Shifts at the diner are each 90 minutes, with a 30 minute overlap on each side for shift changeover: DJs b2b for 30 minutes with the DJ before, then when the DJ before clocks off their shift, they have 30 minutes to DJ solo, then the next DJ gets up and they will b2b for 30 minutes with them before they clock off their shift.
