This Systemic Constellations Workshop will be facilitated by Dr Matthew Ritson.

Despite our best efforts and intentions, we may find ourselves in conflict with others, or with strained relationships. We may be disconnected from family, from our community, and from parts of ourselves. The origins of these difficulties, often lie beyond the obvious events in the here and now. Unknowingly, we may carry hidden emotional burdens that relate to collective and family trauma, the hidden legacy of war, famine, colonisation and other traumatic events. In this interactive Systemic Constellations Workshop, participants will have the opportunity, in a collaborative group setting, to find new understanding of how these distant traumas affect our lives today. Systemic Constellations can help us restore damaged relationships, and find balance and belonging in our lives.

This workshop is being run on a not-for-profit basis. Full price tickets ($80) are priced to cover venue hire fees.
Tickets are priced on a non-profit basis.

Any proceeds will be donated to the Indigenous charity Sisters Inside - sistersinside.com.au.
