Systemic Constellations: Exploring the Hidden Dynamics of Our Lives
Event description
Systemic Constellations: Exploring the Hidden Dynamics of Our Lives
In-Person Workshop | Sydney
Sunday August 3, 2025
Systemic constellations are a powerful way to explore the invisible dynamics shaping our inner and outer worlds. Through embodied group process, we can gain insight into patterns that live in our relationships, work, family systems, and wider social fields.
In this in-person session, we’ll work with embodied mapping practices to:
Gently explore different themes and areas of life
Bring awareness to what might be getting in the way of flow or change
Use group constellations to illuminate the dynamics at play in a few participants’ systems
Connect, listen, and learn through the wisdom of the collective field
Systemic constellations offer a unique and deeply felt way to sense into complexity—beyond analysis or logic. They invite us to hold space for what is, and to move toward greater clarity, wholeness, and possibility.
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Date: Sun August 3rd, 2025 10:00am - 3:30pm

WHAT PARTICIPANT'S SAY
Wow! What an incredible experience. I went in without any expectations and not really knowing what Systemic Constellations was – only a vague idea based on what I knew about family constellations. I was just really curious. From the first practice, which was a simple paired practice, I was so surprised about how tangible the experience was. When we moved into the larger group constellations, seeing and experiencing how profound they were for us all - whether it was about a system we brought or a system that we were representing a part of. I saw how revelatory this practice is and what it can do for each of us. I will definitely be returning and have already shared this with others. Thanks to Viv and Jax for the space that they held for us and the guidance through the process. – Jen Barker, Coach
The space felt safe, respectful, and supportive. I didn’t know what to expect going in, but found myself exploring openly alongside a group of curious, non-judgemental strangers who quickly began to feel like one connected energy. There was a sense of shared presence that was both surprising and moving. It was a powerful, memorable experience and offered me insights I’ll carry with me as I navigate my own personal challenges. – Eileen Reiner, Designer
My experience of the Systems Constellations event with Viv and Jax was of being warmly welcomed into a quality of connection and relationship with a group that allowed for a depth of personal exploration and of celebration. I left the session feeling embodied and grounded in my being and delighted from the experience of being closely connected and supported by the community. Thank you. – Johanna de Ruyter, Facilitator
