Systemic Healing Time - Self-development Workshop

A guided healing experience based on systemic and constellation principles — viewing each person as part of a larger family or organisational system. 

We understand that many of our challenges are not just ours. They can be inherited, relational, or entangled in a larger field. Through a gentle but powerful process, we bring these invisible patterns into light — creating space for release, insight, and transformation.

This workshop, facilitated by Vivi Aguiar, is for those ready to let go of what’s been holding them back. Whether you're navigating family dynamics, workplace tensions, or personal struggles, this space invites healing and change.

Over the course of 3.5 hours, you will have the opportunity to experience holistic healing practices. A non-judgemental and supportive environment, a space for reflection, insight and emotional realease, a safe grounded setting to reconnect to yourself. 

Expect to finish the day feeling relieved, grounded and empowered, with new clarity and inner strength.
