Systemic Supervision for Professional Coaches

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Systemic Coaching Supervision is an opportunity for professional coaches to gain a broader and deeper insight into supervision issues for themselves and their clients.

Kathy Tracey MCC MEd & Alyson Garrido PCC will facilitate these sessions building the attending coaches capacity and understanding of systemic resources to take to their client work. The supervisee will be challenged to reflect on key insights into the dynamics that are in play including the impact of the coaches presence on the clients system.

Coaches are asked to bring a supervision issue they would like to explore. Please be aware that not all coaches will have a chance to look at their client issues, due to the timeframe allowed. However, this method may involve the whole group in some way and often insights are gained from participating in someone else’s topic.

ICF Credential-holders may submit up to 10 hours of Coaching Supervision (delivering or receiving) as Core Competency Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units toward their credential renewal. Learn more about Coaching Supervision and receiving CCE credits for our sessions here.
