5-week series

Thursdays 10-11am Melbourne time

Explore a range of dynamics in your movement and expression through a Body-Mind Centering® approach to body systems along with a 5-elements model from Tibetan Buddhism. 

Body systems include skeletal, muscular, fascia, blood circulation, breath, organs, glands & nervous system (and more!). Each system elicits and supports different dynamics such as qualities of weight, presence, timing, flow, and ways of connecting. In conversation with the 5-elements model, the dynamics represented by space, air, fire, water and earth bring a fresh perspective and richness to the systems. 

Class time will involve guided movement practice (with the freedom to adapt to your own needs, interest and capacity) and optional time for writing or drawing. The classes are experiential, not lecture - there's minimal time spent looking at your screen. 

Explore qualities of spaciousness & potential, communication & active pathways of flow, metabolism, digestion & expression, cohesion & adaptability, and stability & form. 

All are welcome. 
Zoom link will be available upon registration, and classes will be recorded and available indefinitely. If you book in after the series has begun you will also receive recordings from previous classes. 

Sliding scale (pay what you can) $45 - 105 for the 5-week series.
