System Thinking Fundamentals

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Move beyond linear thinking and isolated problem-solving and explore how everything is interconnected in our organisations (and the world). Examine complexity, recognize patterns, and create effective solutions to challenges. When coupled with a human-centred design approach, systems thinking has the potential to expose root causes to problems and generate better solutions for people.

This introductory workshop is designed for current and emerging leaders looking to create systems-level change in their company and industry.

WORKSHOP OUTCOMES:
  • Understand systems thinking habits and methods and what ripple effects might be created by our ideas/solutions
  • Learn about systems dynamics + systems archetypes and their application in the organisation
  • Map stakeholder relationships and define potential interventions
  • Apply divergent thinking practices and overlay with systems thinking
  • Apply techniques for complex systems mapping
  • Learn how to test solutions and apply insights across multiple systems

We hope you can join us in this workshop; please get in touch with us if you have any doubts.
