What to Expect:

🤱 A nurturing, judgment-free space where mums and bubs can engage in playful songs and poses, blending yoga principles with the joy of playgroup activities.
🌿 Introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga, tailored to support your journey through motherhood.
💪 Gentle sequences of targeted poses supporting your postnatal recovery. Focused on enhancing pelvic floor and core strength, and easing tension in your back, neck, hips, and shoulders.
🏠 Flexible class structure: whether you seek strength, balance, or simply a moment to unwind with your baby, our classes cater to your needs.
🛌 Nursing and nappy-friendly environment: tend to your baby's needs comfortably.
🩺 Doctor's go ahead: ensure you're ready to resume exercise post-birth.
