Come join us at the International Student Welcome Centre from O-Week to Week 1 for a full four days of activities. No repeats, all unique events. Whether your jam is hanging out with people and absorbing their vibes, or it's sitting in a calm relaxing space painting your own little pot plant, we've got your back!

Speed Friending

Join our friendly Cultural Mentors in two fun ice-breaking activities to get to know each other! You can try to find your person with our super fun Bingo game. Find someone wearing the same coloured socks as you, find somewhere who has the same Subway order as you! Then, we get deeper and ask some questions you've never thought about... which superhero would you take with you to a zombie apocalypse?

So you wanna know more about UNSW? So you think you can blow the other students out of the water with your UNSW knowledge? Join us for a fun 1 hour trivia to learn more about UNSW, make some new friends, and win some awesome prizes!

Pot Plant Painting

Week 1 is sooo stressful, but it doesn't have to be! Come join us for a soothing and relaxing session and leave the activity with a cute pot for a little plant friend that will stay with you throughout your time at UNSW. Pots and paints will be provided. 

Karaoke

Whether you like Taylor Swift, IVE or TF Boys, we've got your back! Join this event to belt out your feelings about Week 1, wow everyone with your amazing skills, or just to sing a song or two! Snacks and drinks will be provided.
