Clothes Swap Details

When and where: Sun 23rd Mar, 2025 | 2PM - 4:30PM | The Never Never Mind, Dorrigo

Overview: Join us for a delightful afternoon of clothes swapping and community! This is your chance to sustainably refresh your wardrobe with up to 10 new-to-you items and enjoy a fun afternoon in the company of friends old and new. Light refreshments are included.

Tickets: Bookings are essential. Our standard ticket price is $10 per person. We want everyone to feel welcome, regardless of their financial situation, so we've also got a free "No Questions Asked" option for those who want it.

What to bring: Bring up to 10 gently used items (clothes, shoes, accessories) and leave with up to 10 new treasures!

Inclusivity: This event is inclusive of all sizes, genders, and style preferences. The more beautiful bodies of all shapes and sizes the better. And opening up to accessories and shoes will mean there is sure to be treasures for all!

Schedule:

• 2 PM: Check-in and receive your tokens (up to 10). Hang up or display your items in the designated areas, then enjoy some refreshments and chats with friends while you wait.
• 2:45 PM: Talks and an intro to the swap.
• 3:00 PM: Swapping begins! Exchange your tokens for your new-to-you items. Feel free to share any leftover tokens with others!
• 4:30 PM: Swapping finishes. Take your unclaimed items home with you or leave them with us and we'll find them a new home on your behalf.

Repair Café Details

When and where: Fri 28rd Mar, 2025 | 11AM - 2PM (drop in any time during the event - but please bring items before 1:30PM) | The Never Never Mind, Dorrigo - We’ll be out back while the Green Hub is happening in the front!

Overview: Bring your clothing items in need of repair or minor alteration and have them repaired for FREE! Think missing buttons, small holes, minor tears, and hem adjustments. 

Important notes: 

• We won't have the capacity for major repairs and alterations on the day. Soft toy repairs and linen repairs may also be possible depending on the scope of the damage. Feel free to bring them in and we'll have a look!
• Depending on how busy we get you may need to wait for a repairer to be available. Enjoy the Green Hub while you wait!
• We'd love for people to learn how to do the repairs themselves next time, so we encourage you to let us show you how to do it yourself!

Bookings: RSVP by getting a free Repair Cafe ticket so we have an idea of how many people are wanting repairs. Walk-ins on the day will also be OK.
