Sydney-based WIZO Chai and Melbourne-based WIZO Matan have come together with Lainie's Kitchen to bring you a Tahdig Masterclass.
Cook along or watch and learn the art of making Tahdig (Persian crispy rice). Lainie will also be demonstrating another of her incredible recipes whilst the Tahdig cooks. Recipes to be provided to all attendees.
All funds raised will support WIZO's programs in Israel.
