Description

Discover the eight essential movements that form the foundation of Tai Chi practice in this gentle, structured four‑week journey. Each week, we’ll focus on two foundational movements, exploring their form, flow, and purpose so you can build confidence step by step.

Across the month, you’ll develop balance, coordination, relaxation, rooting, and mindful awareness, learning how these qualities arise naturally through consistent practice. Whether you’re completely new or continuing your Tai Chi journey, this program offers a clear pathway to deepen your understanding of the art while cultivating calm strength in body and mind.

Join us for a supportive, beginner‑friendly progression that helps you feel grounded, centred, and connected through movement.

All participants must register, limited spaces available.
