Start your weekend with calm and clarity. Join our Tai Chi group, 8am every Saturday at Otford Public School.

This gentle yet powerful practice is perfect for beginners and intermediate participants, helping you:

·      Reduce stress and anxiety

·      Improve balance and flexibility

·      Boost mental clarity

·      Promote overall wellbeing

Bring comfy clothes, your water bottle, a smile and a gold coin—all proceeds support our amazing kids via the Otford P&C.

No experience needed. Just show up and flow!
