Join us for a fun Tai Chi drop in class experience. This is a great way to continue to advance your skills with the form or experience some of the power of moving meditation in a guided group setting.
In this offering we'll weave the ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan and other moving meditation techniques like Qi Gong, Yoga and more." This is a great fit for anyone who sits for long hours or finds traditional sitting meditation challenging, or if you just want to explore a fun intentional movement pattern that has been used for ages by people across the world.
In this event, you will:
Experience the transformative power of slowing down, embracing the present moment, and practicing mindfulness.
Gain greater balance and stability both physically and mentally.
Discover techniques to ground yourself and cultivate a deep sense of relaxation.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, things you would wear for a light workout that allow for a wide range of motion.
Your guide for this series is Anne Therese (A-T) who is a Holistic Energy Practitioner, Tai Chi Instructor, Nature Healing Facilitator and Pickleball Instructor. She cultivates a nurturing and empowering environment for personal transformation, healing, connecting with your body and energy on a deeper level.
