Tai Chi Qigong with Paul: from £8

Discover the gentle, flowing practice of Tai Chi Qigong, combining mindful movement, breathing, and principles of traditional Chinese medicine to support overall wellbeing.

Suitable for all ages (18+) and abilities, regular practice can help improve balance, flexibility, posture, mobility, relaxation, energy levels, and mind-body awareness. It may also support stress reduction, pain management, and emotional wellbeing.

Classes are led by Paul, an experienced martial arts practitioner with over 50 years of training, including senior Aikido qualifications and instructor certifications in Tai Chi Qigong. He specialises in using Tai Chi Qigong to support health, rehabilitation, and healthy ageing.

Whether you're looking to improve mobility, build confidence in movement, or simply enjoy a calming and restorative activity, this welcoming class offers a supportive environment for all.

Practical Details:

Our building is not (yet) fully accessible, there are steps down to the toilets which are not suitable for wheelchair users or those who need assistance.

Helps make participation possible when money is tight.

Intended for those on benefits or pension credits, or who are experiencing financial difficulty.
