Tai Chi Yoga & Somatics - 6 Week Series

Starts Thursday 24 Sept, 9.30-11am
This 6 week series will offer classes that are a creative blend of nurturing Slow Gentle Yoga poses and Hanna Somatics. Along with a greater flavour of Calligraphy Yoga (a mix of Tai Chi & Qi Gong) before completing with relaxation.
The practices are therapeutic but also strengthening without pushing or forcing. Incorporating props, demonstrations and individual attention, Jackie creates a safe haven for practicing at your own pace.
These classes develop awareness, reduce stress, tension and holding patterns, increase circulation and stimulate organ support as well as balancing the nervous system to cultivate wellbeing and vitality.

Due to CV safety requirements we ask that you bring your own yoga mat (if possible), 1 or two blankets and a belt. If you have a bolster or cushion that would be a bonus.
