True Vets Tail Trail 2026
Description
Grab your lead and join the True Vets team for the Tail Trail 2026!
Bring your dog for a relaxed morning walk along an on-lead route through Barry Curtis Park. Every entry includes a Wag Bag packed with goodies from our sponsors, plus a brand new Tail Trail bandana for your dog to show off.
When: Sunday 6 December 2026. Wag Bag collection from 9:30am, walk starts at 10:00am.
Where: Barry Curtis Park, Stancombe Road entrance, Flat Bush.
Entry: $30 per dog. All funds raised go to Blind Low Vision NZ Guide Dogs, supporting the wonderful work this dedicated organisation does.
Housekeeping:
The route is in an on-lead area of the park. Please keep full control of your dog at all times.
Please pick up after your dog. There are poop bags in your Wag Bag, and our team will have spares.
You know your dog best. Please be aware of anything that might trigger them and avoid unpleasant encounters.
Wear sunscreen and stay hydrated. There are water points for dogs along the route, but please bring your own water bottle.
