The event will include a question-and-answer session at the end, during which you can ask questions about your in-home care options.

This information session is for:

• People who want to understand in-home care options available through the Australian Government
• Family members who have questions about in-home care options for their parents
• Those who wish to continue to live at home for as long as possible
• Those with a Home Care Package who would like to understand more about provider options.

From 1 November 2025, the Support at Home program will replace Home Care Packages - and that means changes to fees, services and the way you access support. Whether you’re receiving care, supporting a loved one, or exploring your options, this session will give you the clarity to take control of your care journey.
