Talent Show w/ Think About You, Mikaela & Vindi

A talent show to raise funds for our short films, 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝑴𝒆 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 & 𝑺𝒐𝒇𝒕 𝑬𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒉. 

Please come at 7:30pm to view a screening of short films from a number of talented filmmakers, talented bands and artists will perform in the band room after this, and Talent Show t-shirts will tempt you for purchase. 

'𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨' by Sunny Lennon is a queer acid western set atop a sand mine in the Victorian goldfields. Tensions arise at the funeral of a beloved mother, leading to a dance battle between two sisters of epic proportions.

'𝙎𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝' by Anaya Sandon-Gould is a dark comedy drama which occurs during the re-confrontation with Wren’s ever looming childhood home. Forced to face her heartless older sister and emotionally unstable mother, grief and suspense which haunts the home creates a tension that sees Wren finally act on her suppressed impulses and resentment.

The Grace Darling Hotel was constructed in 1854 and retains its original architectural build. Thus, the Band Room & Basement are regrettably not wheelchair accessible. The Main Bar level is wheelchair accessible.
All bathrooms at the Grace Darling Hotel are gender neutral (Located on the Atrium level (4 steps), and in the upstairs Band Room)
