We're incredibly lucky to have so many staunch activists & indigenous leaders in one room, including:

Sinewami Htamumu Hippolyte Wakewi - Kanaky Great Chief President of the Inaat ne Kanaky, the National Council of Kanak High Chiefs, who declared independence from the French colonial government in 2024.

Robbie Thorpe - aka Djuran Bunjileenee. A legendary Gurnai / Gunditjimara activist. Robbie has stood in solidarity with other First Nation peoples for over 40 years.

Roscoe Lee Browne - Journalist and activist, has been pivotal in creating cultural and political connections around so-called Australia, making a trip to Kanaky covering the 2024 protests against the French crackdowns against Kanak independence.

Ellie Gilbert - Stalwart activist with an extensive history in fighting in solidarity with First Nations people. A prolific filmmaker who was part of the Aboriginal tent embassy alongside her late husband, Kevin Gilbert.

Paul Towney - Wiradjuri man who is taking the illegal land grants on where Charles Sturt University is located, by Governor Brisbane to court on behalf of the Wiradjuri nation.
