Join local brewery, Young Henry’s, and the University of Sydney (UTS) Climate Cluster to discuss ‘The Algae Project’ - an industry-first, exploring the use of algae, to capture CO2 (a by-product of the beer brewing process), and instead releasing oxygen into the air. In conversation with Richard Adamson (Young Henrys Head Brewer) and Dr Alexandra Thomson (UTS Industry Engagement Manager for the Climate Change Cluster (C3) Research Institute) all about algae and climate change, followed with an audience Q&A. All while you have a cold beer in hand!*

*Over 18’s only. 1 free Young Henry’s beverage per ticketed attendee. Strictly no BYO.

As numbers are limited, the service is only available to residents of Inner West Council area.
