Entry instructions

Display vehicles are to arrive at the venue from 7.30am. Please enter gate to left side of the Lions Den at the Tamborine Memorial Hall grounds. An attendant will issue a 'Parking Tag' and your display vehicle will then be assisted to park in a specified area. Please ensure your display vehicle is parked by 8.45am. After parking, please bring your Parking Tag to the Registration Stand at the front gate to pick up your vehicle's 'Display Tag' for judging. Exhibitor's vehicles must remain on site until after trophy presentations at noon.

After entry instructions

Please go to the gate registration booth to pick up your vehicle's 'Display Number' for judging.

Hazards

Please watch out for people moving about on the grounds when entering the gate with your vehicle.
