To access this session you must be a member of Support Staffordshire delivering support/services specifically in the Tamworth locality. We reserve the right to charge you for your ticket if you are not a member, and your organisation does not directly support the Tamworth locality.

FREE places are restricted to TWO per organisation for this session so please check with your organisation before booking. Additional names can be added to a waiting list.

Who should attend:

This 2 hour face to face session is aimed at community groups and voluntary organisations delivering support/services in the Tamworth locality.

Overview:

Would you like to discover what makes an effective team to enhance the way people in your organisation work? This course offers both information and techniques to achieve this along with best practice for managing stress and wellbeing of individuals.

Learning outcomes:

• Explore effective team skills and dynamics
• Describe effective team processes
• Explain methods of team communication
• Evaluate motivation v procrastination
• Explore Time Management techniques
• Examine how to manage stress and wellbeing

• Car parking is available on site, free of charge.
