There are four accessible car park spaces, two on Carlisle Street and two that are off-road in the Brighton Road service lane car park. St Kilda Town Hall is accessible by public transport: Take the train to Balaclava station and walk 8 mins to St Kilda Town Hall Take trams 3, 16 or 67
