Becky Tyler, Head of Public Sector, LinkedIn Australia/New Zealand.

Becky has been working within the technology, sports, and media industries for over 17 years holding various positions within the Walt Disney Company, and is currently Head of the Public Sector at LinkedIn Australia/New Zealand. Experienced in Global Media Sales and Distribution, Digital Ad Operations, Business Development & Partnership Strategy, and Sales Leadership, Becky possesses a unique ability to see opportunities from various perspectives. In addition to her corporate roles, Becky has served as a leader of the Women@Disney employee resource group and is currently LinkedIn ANZ’s executive champion for Career Transformation and Innovation as well as Women@Linkedin. 


Suzy Nicoletti
, Vice President of the Japan Asia-Pacific region, Yotpo

Suzy is currently the Vice President of the Japan Asia-Pacific region for Yotpo, having previously served as Twitter Australia’s Managing Director for 5 years. A California native, Suzy was a foundational member of Google’s early sales operations in Australia in 2008 and led Google Australia’s education line of business shortly thereafter. An advocate for building Australia’s technology pipeline, Suzy was on the Business Council of Australia’s 2030 Digital Economy Working Group and is on the board of Pymble Ladies College. She is a Chief Executive Women member and resides in Sydney with her husband and 3 daughters. 

Letrecia Tippett, Head of Country Hootsuite Australia and New Zealand 

As Head of Country for Australia and New Zealand. Letrecia's role at Hootsuite is focused on driving the company’s go-to-market strategy, growth, and presence in the region. In addition, she serves as a voice for Hootsuite’s employees in Australia and aims to build a world-class buying experience for commercial, mid-market, and enterprise customers. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in international sales, leadership, and business expertise gained within high-growth and change-focused organizations.

Moderator | Hiam Sakakini, Founder & CEO, The Culture Equation & Tank Stream Talent Lead 

Like many of us, Hiam's career has been an interesting journey of twists and turns that saw her head of Leadership Development for Google Asia. After her 10 years helping leaders to develop high-performing teams Hiam decided to leave Google in 2016 and help more Startups design their workplace culture so that they can authentically build a brand that attracts and retains great talent, the fuel that underpins strategy. Hiam has worked with many great leaders and teams in their early days in startups like Brighte, TikTok, Procreate and Zip. Through this work, she has learned that 100% of all great workplaces are the outcome of intentional design and not happy accidents!

Host | Olga Boylan, Director at Love Your Work & Tank Stream Talent Lead 

Olga leverages her 25 years of experience in recruitment and Talent Acquisition within the Technology industry and consults with businesses as a Talent Advisor and Recruiter. She is a qualified Coach and experienced Leader, the Founder and Director of Love Your Work, Talent Solutions and a Lead at Tank Stream Talent. Olga is driven by a desire and passion for everyone to Love their Work and to be highly engaged and thriving in their careers. She is a loving Mom to two boys and centres herself in the ocean and meditates daily.
