This is a demonstration-based workshop with some clothed practices.  Each participant joins in up to their own comfort level, as all exercises can be practiced solo or with a partner.  Both giving and receiving will be addressed.

What to wear:

Wear what you are comfortable in, and also makes you feel good looking.  You are encouraged to dress in layers that can be shed according to your comfort level.  Workout clothes, pajamas, and lingerie are all acceptable, but no nudity by participants is allowed.  There will be nudity for the demonstrations.
