Welcome to Tantric Awakening - an immersive workshop with Tantric Master Yogini Helena from Tantric Healing Sydney & Allison from Midnight Garden Temple. Join us to discover & deepen your understanding of Tantra.

We will be connecting through Ritual, Meditation, Tantric Breathwork/Practices, Auric Energy Work, Kundalini Activation

• This is an all-levels workshop for beginners as well as advanced practitioners 
• This is a safe space where we respect personal boundaries 
• Please arrive on time
• Bring yoga mat, cushion, small blanket, sarong & your water bottle 

About Yogini Helena, Tantric Master - Tantric Healing, Sydney

Helena has been practicing Tantra internationally for 30 years and teaching Tantra for 20 years. She comes from a lineage of Healers. Her practice, Tantric Healing is devoted to healing men & women through the practice of Tantra. She has many students creating a loving community of Tantric Practitioners. We all love her and we continue to deepen our practice through our connection with each other in our growing tantric community. 

About Me, Allison - Curator of Midnight Garden Temple

I am a student of Yogini Helena. She has supported me on my Tantric journey and I'm so happy to be hosting her in my home town of Wollongong. I created Midnight Garden Temple after a spontaneous kundalini awakening. The temple is a transformative sacred space for men & women to discover, heal, celebrate and freely express their sovereign divinity in a supportive heart-centred community. 

I believe Tantra brings us into spiritual balance through nurturing a deeper relationship with ourselves, each other & the world we live in. Tantra deepens our connection to the divinity within us, allowing us to fully realise our truth and live a more authentic life.
