We will use potent yog-vedantic techniques, working with cosmic breathwork, mantra, kriya and meditation to delve deep into the subtle body.

Who Is This For?
Anyone who desires to heal and evolve, connect to themselves, clear blockages and become their highest self. Anyone interested in experiencing a deeply healing experience through Traditional Tantric Yoga from the Himalayan tradition.

This is a safe and nurturing space. You will be guided by experienced facilitators and be held and supported to have your experience. You are free to be as you are without judgement. There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey.

Founder of The Shakti Flow, Shakti is a Master Teacher of the yogic sciences; Yoga, Meditation, Traditional Tantra, Kriya and Vedic Astrology. Shakti devotes her life to guiding individuals on the complete and integrated path to Self Realisation. Shakti has lived and trained across India, gaining a wealth of knowledge, as well as receiving initiation into Advanced Kriya Yoga by her teacher in the Himalayas. Shakti is based in Byron Bay, Australia, and facilitates globally, empowering groups and individuals to awaken their potential and live a life aligned with nature.

AMÉLIE MILTION
Amélie is a Singer/Songwriter, Sound Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner and Mother. Her music is a melting of multiple sound modalities, woven together to create a therapeutic sound healing journey. With 10 years of experience working in the holistic health space, and a personal journey on the yogic and shamanic paths, Amélie has developed medicine music that promotes transcendence and cellular healing. Her journeys incorporate mantra, guitar, flute, voice, healing frequencies, and medicine instruments to harness sound as a technology for healing.
