Tantric Embodiment & Shibari Immersion {2 hrs}
Are you filled with curiosity and desire to embark on a journey into the realm of Tantra & Sacred Shibari? Are you prepared to embrace a deeper connection with your sensual potential?
We will be creating a space of sacred sensuality and tantric exploration, journeying with our own energy to discover how to fully embrace our physical bodies and understand the significance of devotional touch. We are here together, we are here developing, learning, building the skills to be able to be present with ourselves before we can be present with others.
Cultivating a deep presence in our soma (the body), brings us to a place of intention and awareness, which are the foundations for Shibari. Shibari is an embodied act of conscious giving and receiving through Japanese rope bondage. Through devotional touch and the energetics of rope, we can nurture a profound and sacred connection to ourselves and others.
Tantric Journey {45 min}
Through a series of breathwork, sound, and movement practices, we will awaken our natural energy flow, basking in our innate radiance and re-establishing a profound connection with ourselves. Let us journey out of the mind's incessant chatter and reconnect with our bodies, enriching our sensorial experience.

Intro to Shibari Ties {1.15 hr}
Embracing the fundamentals of the practice, we will move through foundational knots, ties and binds to teach you the foundation of connecting through rope and intention. We enter the realm of subtle energy and become more in tune with our body, our sensations and our emotions, deepening our awareness as we tap into the sacred in a safe and sensual way.
This immersion will leave you with an embodied Shibari practice that you can adopt with yourself or share with others.
This class is focused on beginners but is open to all levels. *No experience needed*
There will be opportunities to self tie or practice with a partner.
Rope will be provided but if you have your own, you are welcome to bring them.
