You’ll explore the basics of Tantra, a practice that helps couples connect not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Through gentle, guided practices like mindful touch, breathing exercises, and simple partner meditations, you'll start to experience what it feels like to really be present with each other again.
We'll also talk openly (and comfortably!) about the differences in how men and women approach love and intimacy—why those differences can create tension or disappointment—and how to turn that into deeper understanding and closeness instead.
