WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

A one-day clothed, sensual and non-sexual workshop held in a nurturing, trauma- informed space.

Together you'll explore:

*Conscious touch practices that invite presence.

*The dynamic dance of Yin/feminine and Yang/masculine 'Integrative Polarity'.

*Learn to slow down and be with each other—without needing to "do anything"

*Engage in guided inquiry, breathwork, and polarity exercises

*Share space in a trauma-informed container that honours your boundaries

*Spend time in stillness, listening, and intentionally being together,

YOUR FACILITATORS

Free and Kahu are seasoned bodywork therapists, intimacy coaches, and lifelong students of Taoist philosophy.

With a passion for the sacred art of human relating, they create spaces that welcome deep rest, curiosity, and authentic connection.

They’ve spent over a decade guiding individuals and couples toward greater emotional safety, embodied presence, and relational harmony—hosting retreats, circles, and workshops in Australia, NZ, and beyond.

Their approach is grounded in lived experience, respect for all dynamics of polarity, and the gentle unfolding of truth through presence.
