This AusArt Day, we're inviting our community to help bring these new works to life.
Before an artwork is exhibited, collected or celebrated, it starts with a spark of curiosity, an intuitive gesture, or an idea not yet fully formed. Artists take a leap into the unknown, trusting instinct, experimentation and imagination to guide their creative journey.
From 31 July to 14 November 2027, TarraWarra Museum of Art will present the landmark 10th edition of the TarraWarra Biennial, This Hand of Mine, curated by Dr Mikala Tai.
Exploring the influence of superstition, ritual, intuition and belief, the Biennial will feature ambitious new commissions by leading contemporary Australian artists, transforming the Museum into a space for discovery, reflection and wonder.
Your donation will directly support artists to experiment, take creative risks and realise projects that may not be possible without philanthropic support. In doing so, you'll help continue a Biennial legacy that has championed more than 200 Australian artists across two decades.

- Are donations tax deductible?
Donations over $2.00 made to TarraWarra Museum of Art Inc. are eligible for a tax deduction. TarraWarra Museum of Art Inc. is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) from 01 July 2000 and registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) from 3 December 2012.
- How is TarraWarra Museum of Art funded?
TarraWarra Museum of Art is not-for-profit and is supported through a combination of ticket sales, memberships, philanthropy, partnerships, and donations. Community support plays a vital role in making our program possible.
