Join us for a relaxed and vibrant evening at Robbie Browns, where Tasmania’s best spirits take centre stage – served both neat and mixed in creative, cocktail-inspired serves. 

This collaborative event pairs our world-class distillers with the talented in-house bar team to highlight the versatility of local spirits beyond whisky. 

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting that celebrates exceptional non-whisky spirits, from rum to vodka to gin, each thoughtfully paired with a cocktail showcasing the bar team’s unique interpretation.

 Your hosts for the evening will be the distillery representatives, who’ll share insight into the making of each spirit, alongside the Robbie Brown’s bar team, who’ll guide you through their inventive cocktail creations.

Designed to be fun, interactive, and flavour-forward, this event shines a light on the creativity of our island’s producers and bartenders alike.

Start time 6.30pm. Bar open all day.
