The charming village of Ross will come alive on Sunday 14th December, 2025.
The inaugural and much-anticipated Tasmanian Chilli & Cheese Fest  will take place on the Village Green.
Enjoy chilli treats and some wonderful local cheeses as well the many little things to do in this village.
Together with local resident, Rob Dunn, of Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments, we aim to create a fantastic, inclusive and welcoming event for all to enjoy, and to engage with local businesses, food providores and residents.
