Our popular Mariners' Muse Storytelling Session will be at Bridport Golf Club on Friday 23rd July from 6.00 p.m. Guests will enjoy Scallop Kebabs on arrival and delicious Pizza throughout the night.
Our speakers will be:
- Eloise Carr - Tasmanian Director at The Australian Institute working on high impact research on Marine Protection, and Marine Conservation in the Antarctica
- Craig & Debbie Searle who have worked around the states' coastlines volunteering to maintain lighthouses and other heritage properties, including most recently on Deal Island
- John Beswick & Dave Gray who are members of a Jet Ski Team who have circumnavigated Tasmania, and in 2021 completed a 1700 kilometre trek crossing Bass Strait twice
- Stuart Richey based in Devonport, from Richey Fishing Company - a veteran commercial fisherman and national fishing administrator whose family has been involved in fishing and fish processing for generations
