By listening to, collaborating with and informing stakeholders, organisations can better anticipate and respond to the diverse needs of their target audience.

Join Injury Matters, with guest speaker from Aha! Consulting for the “Taste of Engagement: Stakeholder Engagement for Injury Prevention” half-day workshop on Wednesday, 22 October, where we will:

·         Examine the background and context to the engagement

·         Determine the scope and focus for the engagement

·         Explore stakeholder mapping tools and techniques

·         Understand how to set the purpose and goals of engagement
