Chef Federico and his team have carefully crafted a six-course degustation and wine pairing inspired by the elegance of Savoy heritage and the rich flavours of northern Italy, while celebrating the exceptional produce of Canberra.

At the heart of the experience is the prized truffle, whose earthy, intoxicating character echoes Piedmont’s renowned truffle traditions. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Piedmontese wines, from the elegance of Nebbiolo to the character of Barbera, creating a journey through terroir, craftsmanship and Italian identity.
