Taste of Temple - Masculine + Feminine Embodiemnt

Taste of Temple is an introduction to The Temple Arts

Temple is a sacred space we gather in sisterhood each month. 

We gather to express our essence and liberate our bodies through the temple arts, sacred feminine embodiment and dance. 

We work with somatic and tantric practices to feel safety and sensation in our bodies

This offering runs from February to May and is just a TASTE of our closed container opening in June 💦 

Each month has a different theme to bring you into deeper relationship with your body, your sensuality and your life force.

Our first theme is Masculine + Feminine Embodiment. 

We will explore and play in the polarity of these energies and learn how we can embody them in relating and communicating with others intimately.

This will be taught through the exploration and practice of The of Wheel of Consent, Somatic Expression, Feminine Embodiment and Dance.

💦 You will be guided to connect with your body and breath to play in the realms of sensation and pleasure. 

💦 You will learn how to ask for what you want and also how to also receive wholeheartedly. 

💦You will learn how to set boundaries with love and discernment. 

💦 You will learn how to express and reveal with confidence with your unique masculine + feminine energy. 

💦You will learn to regulate your nervous system to feel safe and at home in your body. 

💦 You will learn what it feels like to reclaim your personal power and sexual energy. 

💦 You will learn to lean into vulnerability and open hearted relating.
