Join Sommelier Emma Farrelly for an imtimate guided journey through Denmark. This full day experience begins with an immersive wine tasting experience at Singlefile Wines, exploring their winemaking philosophy, vineyards and distinctive wines.

Discover the flavours of the region along the way, with a beautifully prepared lunch dish by Chef Silas at Pepper & Salt, paired with premium wines from Forest Hill. Continue to The Lake House for a delicious pairing experience showcasing their local produce, before finishing the day with a unique tasting experience in the cellar at Nullaki Distillery.

Your ticket includes: A full-day guided tour with Sommelier Emma Farrelly, an immersive wine tasting at Singlefile Wines paired with Dellendale Creamery produce, lunch by Chef Silas at Pepper & Salt paired with premium Forest Hill wines, an intimate wine and local produce pairing at The Lake House, and a cellar tasting experience at Nullaki Distillery, including a bourbon tasting.
