An immersive evening of award winning tapas & wines in the heart of Yass

Join us at Yazzbar for a three-hour progressive evening where five Yazzbar tapas dishes meet five carefully selected wines from Four Winds Vineyard.

Guiding you through the evening are John and Sarah Collingwood of Four Winds Vineyard, who will share the stories, character and winemaking behind each wine, while exploring what makes each pairing work as your next course is served.

During the night, enjoy five delicious tapas-style courses, each matched with a 40ml tasting pour of Four Winds wine. The wine pairings are selected specifically for each dish and will include a combination of sparkling, white, rosé and red wines. As each pairing arrives, John and Sarah will talk you through the wine, the food and the flavours that bring them together - making this an experience as much about discovery as it is about enjoying a great meal.

And because a little friendly competition always pairs well with wine, we’ll also put your newfound knowledge to the test with a few fun wine-themed trivia rounds throughout the evening. No wine qualification required - just bring your curiosity and perhaps a little competitive spirit!

Want to finish on a sweeter note?
