The Alice Terry Town Tour - COWRA

Alice Terry has sung 'Chains' with Tina Arena, done the 'woo-oo-oo, woo-oo-oo, wooaa-oh-oh' bit in 'Brother' with Matt Corby and has performed with countless other musical legends.

What she hasn't done is enough touring of her own, very beautiful, hilarious solo shows.

Why? Without considerable label or management backing, it's incredibly risky.

Hence, a new touring model is born.

Tickets are available to pre-purchase for a future show.

The date? Not yet decided.

The venue? Probably the local Town Hall or another type of 'hall-for-hire' in town.

Once 50 tickets are sold, all of the details will be arranged.

If you can't make the chosen date, you can get a refund or, better yet, gift the ticket to a mate.

"I grew up in the country and love being back in rural and regional areas. They feel like home. The ultimate goal isn't to play arenas or make squillions of dollars: it's to have a few hundred people in a few hundred towns that I can visit once every year or two - That's it."

The tickets are affordable so it's accessible for all, and all efforts will be made to choose an accessible venue.

So get on board! Let's see if this new way to tour works - it would be pretty incredible to give the finger to the current system, which makes it incredibly difficult for Australian artists to break through...
