Guest speaker is Kylie Leonard

Kylie Leonard is a hands-on dairy farmer from Taupō and an active governance leader in agribusiness and local government. She serves on the Fonterra Co-operative Council leadership team and is a Director of Vetora, and was awarded a Nuffield Farming Scholarship in 2023. Kylie has been recognised nationally as a Woman of Influence finalist and Local Hero Medal recipient.

On 27 November, Kylie will share her journey from the farm to the board table, and the lessons she’s learned along the way about leadership, resilience, and ensuring rural voices are heard in decision-making.
