Tawa Drive - Live at Ron Hurley Theatre

Following a run of shows throughout the Queensland area in support of new single “mountains,” Brisbane dream pop / rock band Tawa Drive are set to bring their varied and lively set of emotive, atmospheric music to Vita Nova Festival, at the Ron Hurley Theatre on October 23rd.

Featuring the twin vocals of Evan Scrimgeour and Samara Nilsen, the drumming of Will FitzGerald and guitar work from Damian Broodryk, the four-piece will bring their signature nostalgic, hazy sound to new towering emotional heights within the festival set, blending electronic textures with wide-screen cinematic twin guitars. Comprising brand-new originals and old EP favourites, this evening show of starry tunes from Tawa Drive is one not to be missed.
