  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

It's tax time again!

Book in and have an ATO Tax Volunteer assist you in completing your tax return online through MyGov.

To be eligible for Tax Help, customers must meet the following criteria:

  • Bring 3 or more identification documents for verification
  • Have a MyGov account linked to the ATO
  • Have earned less than $60,000 in the financial year

A complete list of Tax Help requirements can be found on the ATO website -- please ensure that you meet the requirements before booking.
