A bit more on Taylor Kelly - Born and raised in the suburbs of Rochester, NY, Taylor Kelly is now a fixture in the vibrant Philadelphia music scene further honing her introspective take on jazz, soul, and funk. She combines her smooth, powerful, technically-informed voice with a full horn section, addictive hip hop and electronic beats, and complex arrangements. Both a vocalist and trumpet player, her sound is a dynamic blend of several established genres: she melds the improvisational looseness of jazz, the rhythmic earworms of funk, and the moving resonance of soul to carve out a niche all her own. Kelly names Stevie Wonder, Roy Hargrove, Erykah Badu and Emily King as influences, integrating strong melodic contour and intricate harmonies into lyrically personal and sonically anthemic tracks.

A Berklee College of Music graduate, Kelly has released six albums/EPs (most recently ‘Live in Philly’) and has shared the stage with artists such as Dirty Loops, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Moonchild, Monophonics, Giacomo Turra, Becca Stevens and Neal Francis. She has amassed over 750,000 listens for her single “California” on streaming platforms worldwide and has uplifted, inspired, and energized thousands of ardent concertgoers at hundreds of live shows with her unabashed authenticity and immersively freeing performance style. Kelly’s singles “Let You Go” (2023) and “Maybe” (2021) were featured on Chicagos’s Vocalo Radio where she was also interviewed. In 2023, she also released a Key Studio Session at WXPN for NPR Music. Previously, Taylor was the front-woman (Tayoncé) of Jay-Z/Beyonce tribute band For the Record, who had the privilege of opening up for Salt N Pepa in 2014. Kelly has an unyielding, marrow-deep commitment to self expression through music and will continue to transfer this to her listeners with a new EP this year.

A bit more on Julia Weatherholtz - Julia Weatherholtz Band, formerly known as ‘Hot Soup’, is a Rochester, NY based electric R&B and soul jam band headlined by the Uber-talented Julia Weatherholtz, a locally popular singer who exudes shades of Amy Winehouse and Ella Fitzgerald. The band features experienced musicians who grew up playing R&B as well as jam music!
