By purchasing a ticket for or attending this event by TTT Club — Trails, Tables & Talks, I acknowledge and agree that:

Participation and general risks

• Participation is voluntary.

• The event involves moving between tables and chairs, handling shared games and interacting with attendees in a public venue.

• Ordinary risks may include slips, trips, spills, minor accidental contact and damage to personal belongings.

• I am responsible for participating within my comfort and ability.

• I may sit out or leave any game at any time.
  

Behaviour and conduct

• I will behave respectfully toward attendees, the host, venue staff and members of the public.

• Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, aggressive, intoxicated, unsafe or seriously disruptive behaviour will not be accepted.

• I may be refused entry or asked to leave immediately if my behaviour affects another person’s safety, comfort or experience.

• If refused entry or removed because of my conduct, I will not receive a refund unless required by law.

• I understand that serious or repeated misconduct may result in being banned from all future TTT Club events.

Games and property

• I will follow reasonable instructions provided by the host or venue.

• I will treat all games, cards, equipments and venue property with care.

• I may be held responsible for damage caused deliberately or through reckless behaviour.

Alcohol and the public venue

• Alcohol is not supplied or included by TTT Club.

• BYO alcohol is not permitted.

• Event takes place within a licensed public venue where alcohol may be independently sold, served or consumed.

• The venue’s alcohol service, other patrons and activities outside the event are beyond the organiser’s reasonable control.

• Anyone who appears intoxicated, unsafe or disruptive may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund, unless otherwise required by law.

Food and beverages

• One non-alcoholic beverage is included with each ticket.

• Additional food and drinks may be purchased directly from the venue.

• The venue is responsible for preparing and serving all purchased food and beverages.

• I am responsible for checking ingredients and informing venue staff of allergies or dietary requirements.

Personal belongings and emergencies

• I am responsible for my personal belongings during the event.

• TTT Club is not responsible for belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• If reasonably necessary, I authorise the host to seek assistance from venue staff or emergency services.

• Any ambulance, medical or related expenses remain my responsibility where permitted by law.

Photography and filming

• Photography and video recording will take place for TTT Club’s future marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, websites and event listings.

• If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I must notify the host and/or organizer prior to the the event in writing.

• TTT Club will make reasonable efforts to respect my request and avoid using identifiable images of me.

• Because this is a shared social environment, TTT Club cannot guarantee that I will not appear incidentally in the background.

• TTT Club cannot control photographs or recordings independently taken or shared by other attendees, venue patrons or third parties.

• If an official TTT Club image of me is published after I opted out, I may contact the organiser. TTT Club will make reasonable efforts to remove it from channels within its control.

Liability and legal rights

• To the extent permitted by law, I accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage resulting from my actions, failure to follow reasonable instructions, ordinary participation risks, venue operations or third parties outside the organiser’s reasonable control.

• Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any consumer rights, guarantees or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. ACCC consumer guarantees

Age and group bookings

• I confirm that every person included in my booking will be between 20s and 40s years old on the event date.

• If purchasing for another person, I will provide them with these conditions before the event.

• Every attendee is expected to comply with these conditions.
