Torbay Catchment Group Annual General Meeting 2026

You're invited to join us for the Torbay Catchment Group's 2026 Annual General Meeting.

It's been another busy year for TCG, and we'd love you to come along as we reflect on our achievements, share updates on our projects and activities, and look ahead to what's next. Following the meeting, we'll enjoy some food and drinks together – a great opportunity to catch up with fellow members, staff and Board members.

At the AGM, members will have the opportunity to hear about TCG's operations and finances, ask questions, discuss agenda items and vote on matters including:

• Acceptance of the previous AGM minutes

• Acceptance of the auditor's report and annual financial statements

• Appointment of an auditor

• Election of Board members and office bearers

• Special Resolution – Approval of proposed changes to the TCG Constitution
  The proposed constitutional changes will be presented to members for consideration and voting at the AGM.
