Course Details

This is a language-neutral program conducted in English, welcoming speakers of all languages. No prior experience in interpreting is necessary to enroll.

Included Features

·       Language assessments in English and one additional language

·       All required materials and books

·       Final test and certificate upon completion

Participants must demonstrate proficiency in English and one other language. Eligibility requirements include a minimum age of 18 and at least a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent from another country.

Program Duration and Delivery

The training consists of 37 hours delivered via Zoom and 3 hours conducted in person.

Schedule

·       Week 1: Monday, March 09th to Friday, March 13th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, (live virtual ZOOM)

·       Week 2: Monday, March 23th- Thursday, March 26th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (live virtual ZOOM)

·       Saturday, March 28th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (in-person) in Louisville, KY (Final Exam)

To receive the certificate for the training, you must attend all sessions and pass the final exam with a grade of 75% or higher.
